Social Media Intern (Personal Services)

The Marketing Services team drives the Stuller brand visibility, customerengagement, and revenue growth througheffective planning and implementation ofmarketing initiatives. They are responsible fordesigning product catalogs, planning andcoordinating customer events, and managinga promotional calendar for print and web.
As a Social Media Intern, youll support the day-to-day operations behind our social channels across four brands: Stuller, Stuller Bench Jeweler, 302 Fine Jewelry, and e&e Bridal. This role offers hands-on experience in content planning, publishing, and asset management, all within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Youll help bridge the gap between content creation and distributionmaking sure assets are organized, scheduled, and easy to access for both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload video content (Reels) to our digital asset library to keep everything organized and easy to findHelp manage and organize content libraries for 302 Fine Jewelry and e&e BridalSupport SMS marketing by entering drafts, scheduling sends, and gathering image linksPull images to be used in promotional emails and SMS campaignsUpload daily video content for the Stuller brand to a shared content systemDocument key details in our social media platform to provide clear visibility into upcoming content, including timing, topics, and messagingSchedule static posts across platforms like Instagram and FacebookCoordinate social media contests, ensuring all entries are accurately tracked and organizedAssist with monthly reports that highlight engagement, performance, and growthSupport product organization and logistics during social media photo and video shoots to ensure smooth on-set execution
Basic Qualifications:
Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate in a related fieldPersonable and professional communicatorStrong time management and organizational skillsQuick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks at oncePassionate about social media marketingFamiliar with social media platforms and scheduling tools
