Professional Learning Facilitator (Education)



Design, lead, and facilitate professional development workshops, training sessions, and webinars for staff at all levels.
Apply adult learning principles and interactive instructional methods to deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
Customize training delivery to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
Curate and differentiate curriculum content to support onboarding, professional growth, performance improvement, and leadership-directed learning goals.
Utilize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and training materials to implement a structured Scope and Sequence aligned with learning objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to review, update, and improve training content to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Provide individualized or small group coaching to reinforce learning outcomes and support skill application in the workplace.
Integrate innovative tools and technologies to enhance training delivery and participant engagement.
Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Make data-informed recommendations to refine training strategies, methods, and materials.
Support the Director of Training and Enhanced Learning in monitoring training outcomes and measuring program success.
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and co-develop targeted learning solutions.
Engage with external training vendors or consultants to complement in-house training efforts when appropriate.
Promote a culture of continuous professional development by serving as a resource and champion for staff learning.
Maintain accurate records of training participation, completion, and progress in appropriate tracking systems.
Prepare and present training summaries, reports, and evaluations for leadership review.
Assist in coordinating and promoting the agency's professional learning calendar and training opportunities.
Offer input and recommendations to supervisors and senior leadership regarding staff performance and training completion as needed.
