What You'll Get to Do
The Manufacturing Shift Supervisor - Anodizing is focused on meeting/improving and maintaining safety, employee relations, training, productivity, and quality standard goals. and reports to the Anodize Manager.
This role is perfect for an individual who wants to be in a team environment supportive of the employees, organization, as well as safety . A vital member of the Manufacturing Anodizing Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
- Supervise a diverse work group including the racking, unracking/inspecting, tank and crane operation, lab, and wastewater
- Facilitate problem solving efforts, identify root causes, implement solutions, audit and report results to the Anodize Manager and Maintenance
- Train employees and facilitate goal oriented continuous improvement processes to reduce waste and improve processes (Processes include, but are not limited to: OpEx, Lean and 5S techniques).
- Monitor and manage production
- Monitor and manage scheduled and unscheduled
What We Are Looking For
- Aluminum Anodizing Supervision Experience
- Have a basic understanding of inorganic
- Ability to learn and understand the Anodizing process and Crane
- Possess an understanding of process control
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and service-oriented business
