Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team! Our skilled nursing facility in the heart of Sacramento is dedicated to delivering outstanding care and rehabilitation services to our residents. What You'll Do:

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an OTR
• Help residents improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills
• Document resident progress and support their recovery journey
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care possible

What We're Looking For:

• Current California COTA license
