Job Summary

The Advanced Technologies Consultant is responsible for supporting and administering Epiq's Generative AI (“Gen AI”) technology to optimize review and support case strategy. They provide specialized assistance with prompt creation, refinement, and validation methodologies that incorporate standard best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency. They engage in strategic pre-sales and programmatic support to promote client success and increase adoption of Epiq's Gen AI technology and services. They will also assist with internal operationalization, testing and development, and administration.

This position focuses on Epiq's Gen AI technology, with a primary focus on Relativity aiR for Review, Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™ (including feature integration into Epiq Discovery). It involves close collaboration with clients and across departments.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Consult on and administer workflows for Relativity aiR for Review or Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™ engagements that reflect Epiq standards and best practices.
Conduct and advise on prompt creation, testing, revisions, validation, quality control (QC), and work product generation for aiR for Review or Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™ matters.
Support programmatic client needs regarding Relativity aiR for Review or Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™, including process consultation, trainings, initiatives, and documentation.
Provide support on sales plays involving the implementation of Relativity aiR for Review or Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™, including Proof of Concepts ("POCs") and Epiq promotions.
Assist with strategic pre-sales and sales support needs for Relativity aiR for Review or Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™, including client demonstrations and presentations, RFP requests, business reviews, client questions, and curating or preparing collateral.
Communicate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to set expectations; provide recommendations, updates, deliverables; and coordinate on Relativity aiR for Review and Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™ engagements.
Support internal training, testing and development, documentation, and administration around the use of Relativity aiR for Review and Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™ and related best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to support operationalization, alignment, and coordination around Relativity aiR for Review and Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™ implementation.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures in technology implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:

Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in advanced technologies consulting or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in a similar role within the same industry.

Certifications:

Required: None.
Preferred: Certification in advanced technologies consulting or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.

The Compensation range for this role is $110,000.00 to $115,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
