Ready to make waves in San Francisco? Dive into a role where you'll set the strategy for Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day across five competitive categories in Home Care Cleaning and Personal Care. With a strong presence in major retail and ecommerce channels like Mass, Grocery, Drug, Club, and Amazon, you'll be at the heart of the action! Work closely with every department-sales, brand experience, new product development, supply chain operations, and finance-to drive business results. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Brand Management for Mrs. Meyer's & Babyganics, your curiosity, initiative, and energy will directly impact the Lifestyle division and the broader SC Johnson organization. This hands-on role blends general management and brand marketing, giving you daily exposure to functional and company leadership teams. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Help develop and execute the annual business plans and strategies by conducting competitive market analyses, identifying key opportunity areas to drive growth and anticipating and tackling challenges through creative solutions.
  • Take charge of the business by analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen), internal shipment data, market research and other sources to both monitor performance and make actionable business recommendations.
  • Contribute to effective management of the P&L to grow both sales andprofit.
  • Partner with the Customer Development team to create compelling retailer selling stories for Innovation.
  • Lead commercialization efforts across a variety of consumer touch points including product, communications, and e-commerce.
  • Work with research partners and Consumer Insights to synthesize and act on market trends and consumer data to evolve product positioning and build new item launch plans.
  • Partner with Brand Experience and Brand Strategy teams to understand and analyze marketing metrics and build effective, marketing support plans

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand management at a consumer products company and a Bachelors Degree or Master's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic instinct

  • A team player, comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple projects/deadlines cross-functionally
  • Outstanding communication skills -- oral and written
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting syndicated data

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full time position
  • This role is located in San Francisco, CA.
  • 4 days a week in-office requirement, 1 day a week remote work available
  • This role is not offering relocation assistance
  • Travel approx. 15%
