Medicaid Liaison (Administrative)
The Medicaid Liaison must:
Have expertise and experience with OH LTC Medicaid Eligibility
Demonstrate knowledge of Ohio Medicaid rules and regulations.
Perform financial assessment of all residents needing Medicaid assistance.
Take a hands on approach to educating residents and authorized representatives of eligibility requirements while timely assisting to obtain and review documents for LTC Medicaid eligibility
Will frequently communicate with county JFS and Area Agency on Aging to ensure timely processing of cases.
File for and attends state hearings and appeal adverse actions when necessary
Have 2+ years LTC OH Medicaid experience
