Marketing Project Manager (Marketing)



Join our in-house, full-service Marketing team and play a key role in promoting our extensive range of products and services, all designed to help customers grow their businesses worldwide. Through innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives, we bring our brand to life and connect with customers on a global scale. The Marketing Services team elevates Stuller's brand, customer engagement, and sales through strategic marketing initiatives, including catalogs, events, and promotional calendars. The team collaborates cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution across print and digital channels.The Marketing Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across print and digital channels. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives by connecting cross-functional teams and driving project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
Define project scopes, gather stakeholder inputs, and clearly communicate goals and expectations.
Facilitate collaboration between business units, creative teams, and production partners.
Monitor project progress in project management software (Wrike or similar), updating timelines and managing resources.
Identify risks and proactively resolve roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Conduct project retrospectives to capture learnings and improve future workflows.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years in marketing project management or account management.
Proficient in project management tools (Wrike or similar).
Experience managing marketing campaigns across print and digital channels.
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related credential.
3+ years managing marketing projects in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience coordinating event marketing initiatives.
Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
