The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Supervisor, Logistics, you will have the opportunity to:
- Supervise daily logistics operations including warehousing, materials control, transportation, and shipping/receiving.
- Lead and support a team of logistics professionals and/or non- Solventum workers; provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and manage inventory plans and coordinate timely materials flow to support production schedules.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, resolve operational issues, and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Solventum logistics policies, U.S. customs regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Quality to ensure alignment and service continuity.
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain accurate records, and lead root cause analysis when issues arise.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP systems such as SAP
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, pharma)
- Familiarity with U.S. import/export regulations and customs compliance
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
-Strong knowledge of logistics processes including inventory, warehouse management, and material flow
- Experience supervising or leading teams
Work location: Onsite
Travel: Minimal travel required

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
