Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Livermore branch. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscape services, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing service performance and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery.

Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring services are completed to company standards.

Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and meetings with clients to review performance and address concerns.

Collaborate with branch operations and field teams to ensure work is executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Identify enhancement opportunities and prepare proposals to add value for clients.

Track account performance, monitor budgets, and achieve branch growth goals.

Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively while maintaining strong relationships.
