What you will do

PGIM is seeking a highly collaborative, motivated individual to join our Product Strategy & Development team as a Product Pricing Specialist. We are looking for an individual who is intellectually curious, operates well in ambiguity, has a strong perception of risk and is detail oriented. The Product Pricing Specialist will handle fee requests for both separate accounts and funds along as well as maintain data for trend analysis. The Specialist is encouraged to apply critical thinking skills to enhance the data analysis process. The role has high internal visibility as it directly impacts the overall revenue PGIM. The ideal individual can leverage knowledge while using an agile approach to drive outcomes and foster new ideas. The role requires the Specialist to work closely with senior management, domestic and international salespeople/client managers as well as marketing, legal and PGIM affiliates.

What you can expect

  • Lead fee discussions with executive and senior level management on a regular basis.
  • Identify pricing trends across strategies and vehicles in various markets.
  • Construct and present detailed product pricing proposals.
  • Assist in strategic decision making for the business to help drive revenue growth.
  • Review and comprehend legal documentation during the client onboarding process.
  • Manage multi-task initiatives at once, often with tight deadlines.
  • Recognize the downstream impact of decisions to mitigate PGIM's risk.
  • Assist with business specific data analysis projects as needed.

What you will bring

  • Knowledge of Fixed Income and Credit, with knowledge of Separately Managed Accounts and pooled vehicles preferred (UCITS, QIF, SICAV, FCP, 40 Act funds etc.).
  • 3-5 years financial analysis experience within asset management or capital markets.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics with strong academic performance.
  • Desire and ability to communicate to professionals at all levels, collaborate with others.
  • Highly motivated and creative problem solver; able to work independently.
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks, working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
  • Able to organize data and present conclusions succinctly.

Note : Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual base salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $100,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
