Temporary Professional (Administrative)



Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications may include the following.  (Other duties may be assigned.) 

  • Accurately enter and update data in Adobe InDesign files according to project specifications and formatting guidelines.
  • Review and cross-reference content for errors, inconsistencies, or formatting issues.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and visual consistency across pages/documents.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and project managers to meet deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, templates, and assets.
  • Flag and report discrepancies or errors for correction.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow formatting guidelines and project instructions precisely.
  • Previous experience in data entry, desktop publishing, or a production/editorial environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Required Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; or minimum of two years of experience or education in data entry or business required.     

Other Useful Skills and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations.
  • Ability to comprehend and listen to directions and use MS office applications.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Intermediate computer skills such as typing, navigating the internet, computerized note taking and processing in multiple internal systems.
  • Intermediate verbal communication with internal/external partners.
