Facilities Assistant (Finance)

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of building systems and equipment. This role supports day-to-day facilities operations by troubleshooting issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and responding to service requests across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ground Maintenance
• Light Plumbing and Electrical repairs
• General carpentry
• Painting
• Office furniture reconfiguration
• Special Projects as Assigned

Qualifications Include:

• Previous Maintenance experience required
• General knowledge and experience with commercial electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience with various hand tools and powered equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and stoop for up to 8 hours
