Experienced Facil Maint Tech (Finance)



As an Experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the operational aspects of our physical facilities.   • Experience in facilities maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with budget management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC system maintenance, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general building repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems
  • Provide support during facility emergencies and participate in emergency response drills
