Chemical Plant Ops. Supervisor (Finance)



You will report directly to our Plant Manager and you'll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and success of our chemical manufacturing facility. Your expertise in managing operations and ensuring compliance will directly influence production quality and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the chemical plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures.

You will report directly to our Plant Manager and you'll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on an On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• Strong knowledge of process safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
