Technical Support:Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and external vendors, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
Project Management:Lead IT projects from design to implementation, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful completion. Define project scope, set timelines, and allocate resources while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Automation and Scripting:Develop and implement automation scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Documentation:Prepare and maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
