Data Records Representative (Finance)



RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

Understand and abides by policies, procedures, and programs. Typically works on projects and tasks that span 1 day - 3 months.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

1. Record Management, Compliance and Data Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality, update and maintain accurate client records, ensure data integrity, participate in compliance-related activities, and prepare for regulatory internal and external body audits including funding sources regarding accreditation.

2. Supportive Services: Accurately track, distribute, and record supportive services such as vouchers and bus passes, process necessary supportive services for clients, and make necessary notations in CaseWorthy or required State or Federal Data Records Systems.

3. Customer Service and Stakeholder Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, follow up with clients to gather feedback and address concerns, conduct outreach to build relationships with referral sources, and maintain updated resource lists.

4. Reception and Administrative Oversight: Receive new clients, answer questions, schedule and manage appointments, perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, managing the CaseWorthy System, and serve as final administrative approver for CaseWorthy and CARF accreditation.

5. Client Communication: Manage client intake, screenings and assessments of potential clients, return calls and emails from inquiry contacts, provide clients with information about employment opportunities, engage in regular communication with clients, and manage meeting and appointment reminders.

6. Project and Change Management: Effectively plans and manages own work to reliably complete routine job responsibilities and special assignments. Follows through on learning, skill building, and practice necessary to adapt to change.

7. Problem Solving: General supervision, with work regularly reviewed by manager or senior coworker. Uses technical skills and knowledge to manage day-to-day tasks.

8. Technical Skill: Practical, working knowledge of tasks, responsibilities, policies and procedures. Able to learn and apply new concepts.

9. Community Engagement: Serves as an ambassador for Goodwill in the wider community. Participates in volunteer opportunities as schedule and interest permit.

10. Responsible for completing other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Two years of college education or experience equivalency.

When determining placement within the salary range for this position Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago considers education, experience, internal equity, market demands and other qualifying criteria. It is not typical for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the rage for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each case.

Certain roles are eligible to participate in an incentive plan. Participation in this plan does not guarantee an incentive payment and is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan, which are subject to change.
