Emergency Management Coordinator: Client Specific- Financial Industry (Finance)
Job Information
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Hourly position pays: $25/hour
Weekly Pay
Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO to start with additional weeks based on tenure on the work site
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate disaster response or crisis management activities and situations.
Prepare emergency plans and emergency procedures according to client specific protocols
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners such as: The clients corporate security team, the onsite security team, the onsite security management staff, and local law enforcement
Coordinate emergency response activities such as ordering evacuations, assisting in securing the building, communicating with local law enforcement, communicating within the site building through building wide communication system.
Ensure that the facilities equipment used in an emergency are working properly and stored in correct locations.
Consult with corporate security, community partners and local law enforcement on emergency plans and procedures.
Prepare plans that outline operating procedures to be used in response to disasters or emergencies
Keep informed of activities or changes that could affect the likelihood of an emergency, as well as those that could affect response efforts and details of plan implementation.
