Principal Project Engr (Finance)
You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Program Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in requirements based engineering and ARP4754 implementation strategies.
- Experience managing requirements databases in DOORS.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
